Connect to ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors (naming varies slightly by platform) and choose Allerwell.

2. Click Connect. ChatGPT opens the Allerwell sign-in page.

3. Sign in with the same account you use in the Allerwell app:

   • email and password, or
   • Continue with Google, or
   • Continue with Apple.

4. On the consent screen, review what ChatGPT is asking to read and choose which profiles to share (for example, only your own - or family profiles too). Click Allow.

5. You're returned to ChatGPT. Try it:

   What foods did I scan this week, and were any flagged for my allergies?

Notes

• Signing in with Google or Apple works if that's how you signed up in the Allerwell app. If you signed up with email, verify your email in the app before connecting.
