Allerwell AI Connector

The Allerwell connector lets you link your Allerwell account to AI assistants - ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic) - so you can ask questions about your own food and allergy data in a normal conversation:

"Is there anything in my recent scans I should avoid?" "How much protein did I log this week?" "What are my daughter's allergies again?"

What it is

• A secure, read-only bridge between your AI assistant and your Allerwell account. The assistant can look things up; it can never change or delete anything.
• You choose what's shared. When you connect, you sign in and pick which profiles (yours, family members') the assistant may see.
• Revocable any time. Remove the connector in the assistant's settings and access ends immediately.

What you need before connecting

• An existing Allerwell account with data in it. Accounts are created in the Allerwell mobile app (iOS / Android ) - the connector cannot create accounts.
• A ChatGPT or Claude account on a plan that supports connectors/apps.
